Mounting hardware kit for Running Shoes includes the horseshoe 'U' brackets necessary for mounting running shoes to plates. The kit comes with 4 specially designed brackets – 2 larger ones for the back heel, and 2 shorter for the front sole, with nylon locking nuts, all the hardware you need to mount plates to running shoes! Once the nuts are tightly secured to running shoe and plate, cut off the excess screw length with bolt cutters and file down the sharp edges.
